Use this form for any enquiry. It reaches a named officer with a record attached, which a general mailbox does not.

Every enquiry is acknowledged within two business days. If your question needs written confirmation from a body in Monrovia, we will tell you that rather than leave you waiting.

Prototype note. This form does not submit. In the build it posts directly to the Commission’s CRM, never to an inbox. Two items must be resolved before launch: the retention period, which depends on the Government of Liberia records retention policy, and confirmation that United States hosting is acceptable to the Commissioner. Data residency is far easier to choose than to retrofit.

Why: to assign your enquiry to a named officer, respond to it, and keep a record of the advice given.

Where it is stored: in the Commission’s customer relationship management system, which is hosted in the United States. Case records are held in the Commission’s document storage.

How long:12 months from the closure of your case. After that the record is deleted from the customer relationship management system and from case storage.

Access and correction: to see what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct it, contact the Commission and mark your message for the IT Consultant.
